Renovation of a municipal facility in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work of this Contract generally includes removing the existing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and replacing these systems with new HVAC systems. Questions regarding the Bid Documents should be directed to Strand Associates, Inc., Attention: Adam D. Gander, P.E., telephone (608) 251 4843, e mail adam.gander@strand.com. GBMSD encourages MBEs, WBEs, and DBEs to submit bid proposals. BID SECURITY: Bid Security in the amount of not less than 5% of the Bid shall accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. CONTRACT SECURITY: The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in an amount equal to the Contract Price. Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete on or before February 3, 2025, and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before March 31, 2025. Question Deadline 03/29/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. All requests for interpretation must be received at least five days prior to the day set for receiving Bids
