Site work for a water / sewer project in Poncha Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the installation of approximately 330 linear feet of 8" PVC pipe Across U.S. Highway 285 in Poncha Springs, Colorado. The work will be completed in conjunction with Anticipated Highway improvements being undertaken by the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), which is anticipated to commence in April of 2024. Contractors must have the capability to communicate via email and submit project documentation via cloud tools such as Dropbox. All bid questions to be submitted in writing via email or postal mail, no faxes to the City Engineer. Mail questions shall be submitted to Crabtree Group, Inc., PO Box 924, Salida, CO 81201, Attn: Highway 285 Water Crossing. Email questions shall be submitted to both the email addresses listed below with the subject line Recycle Project. Copies of the Plans and Specifications will be available on March 1st, 2024. Qualified contractors' email requests for electronic copies shall use the subject line of: Highway 285 Water Crossing and must be sent to both of the following email addresses: tvandaveer@crabtreegroupinc.com, pwsupervisor@ponchasprings.us. All other requests for documents shall be made to the Town of Poncha Springs via public records request
