The repairs to the Adobe Building and perimeter walls consist of removing existing mud plaster down to the adobe brick and refinish to match existing texture with Portland cement plaster. The project area is approximately 5,500 square feet of damaged adobe wall. The Bidder's bid security shall be submitted before the above-mentioned electronic bid opening date and time. Failure to submit the bid security shall be grounds for disqualification. The City of McAllen reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all Bids and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, or to accept the Bid considered the best value to the City, and to hold the bids for a period of sixty (60) days without taking action.
