Reference Number 0000266026 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/03/19 04:00:00 PM CDT The purpose of this Request for Quotation is to solicit bids from qualified Bidders to provide the services as described in Appendix attached and for Manitoba to enter into an Agreement with the Service Provider whose bid is judged to best serve the interests of Manitoba when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria. The Agreement is anticipated to commence on May 15, 2024 and shall continue until September 8, 2026. The agreement shall be for a fixed period of three years, with the possibility of two (2) further one-year extensions. Commercial General Liability Insurance Covering Claims for Personal and Bodily Injury, Death or Damage to Property Arising Out of the Service Provider or Its Officers, Employees, Subcontractors or Agents Providing Services Under the Agreement, or as a Result of Any Negligent Acts or Omissions of the Service Provider or Its Officers, Employees, Subcontractors or Agents. Such Insurance Shall Provide Coverage of Not Less Than Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) Per Occurrence.
