Renovation of a residential development in Clintonville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

The work consists of the provision of: - Indoor cameras to be a minimum of 4MP - Outdoor cameras to be a minimum of 8MP - All Cameras to be ONVIF (Open Network Video Interface Forum) - The VMS to be remotely accessible via mobile device or PC - NVR to be scaled for the existing 24 Cameras. Provide a new 360 camera at the main entry, a new 8MP camera for the rear lot. (Provide system expansion availability of 25% for future growth) - 30 days of stored recorded video - Cable and installation of CaT6 cable from the NVR location to the mounting location to be completed by an Electrical Contractor. A separate and distinct proposal is requested for the electrical work to be provided by Electrical contractors. The successful proposal will be determined based upon the highest point ranking with the following criteria: experience with similar flooring projects, reference checks, experience working with Davis Bacon wage rates, warranty provisions, schedule to complete the work and all other items equal, review of the lowest responsible, responsive proposal. Each item noted above to be rated to a maximum of ten points per item or a total of one hundred points. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities thereof. No proposer may withdraw their proposal within 30 days after the actual date of the proposals being due. The Requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 apply to this project and that, to the greatest extent feasible contractors shall fulfill their obligation to utilize lower income residents as trainees and/or employees. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the "Notice of Requirement for Affirmative Action to ensure Equal Employment Opportunity (Executive Order 11246) and Supplemental Instructions to Bidders" contained in the bid documents, which sets forth, in part, goals, and timetables for the employment of women and minorities in the project area. Contractors and subcontractors are required to pay not less than the Davis[1]Bacon prevailing wage rates established by the U.S. Department of Labor included in the project information.
