The Owner desires to retain Contractor to provide the construction services described herein. ESTIMATED CONTRACT AMOUNT: $5,671,712.00 INITIAL CONTRACT TERM: One-Time Purchase SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION (DAYS): 35 Calendar Days FINAL COMPLETION (DAYS): 40 Calendar Days LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: $500.00 Per Day BONDS REQUIRED: Performance Bond Payment Bond Warranty Bond - 1 year Bid Bond (5% of Bid Amount)
