The City of Rosenberg, TX is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide annual ground ladder testing services in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 1932. The purpose of this solicitation is to ensure the safety and reliability of the City's ground ladder inventory, which is essential for the operation of our fire department. The selected vendor will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, load tests, and maintenance of the ground ladders. This scope of work document outlines the detailed specifications, service requirements, and delivery expectations for this project. Interested vendors are invited to submit a comprehensive proposal addressing the requirements outlined in this scope of work document on 509 feet of ground ladders. The proposal should outline the pricing and availability for providing the required services. The City of Rosenberg reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any formalities, and to award the contract to the vendor whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the City's needs.
