The City of Alamo reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all bids, and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities and to accept the bid to be the best and most advantageous to the City and hold the bids for a period of ninety (90) days without taking action. RFB's must be submitted in an envelope, sealed, and prominently marked on the lower left-hand corner of the envelope with corresponding RFB number and title. The RFB should be accompanied by five (5) percent (%) bid bond or certified cashiers' check without payable recourse to the City of Alamo for the total bid amount. Tower Road Alamo, Texas 78516 Please read your requirements thoroughly and be sure that the RFB offered complies with all requirements/specifications noted. If no exceptions are noted, and you are the successful respondent, it will be required that the service(s) be provided as specified.
