In Compliance With Rsmo. 34,600, the Contracting Company Certifies That It is Not Currently Engaged in and Shall Not, for the Duration of the Contract, Engage in a Boycott of Goods or Services From the State of Israel; Companies Doing Business Separate Sealed Bids for the City of Wheatland Wastewater System Improvements, Biosolids Removal Project Will Be Received by City of Wheatland, Missouri at the Office of Bartlett & West, Located at 601 Monroe Street, Suite 201, Jefferson City Missouri 65101 Until 2:00 P.m. On Thursday, April 4, 2024 and Then at Said Office Publicly Opened and Read Aloud. Bidders Are Informed That Pursuant to Section 285.530, Rsmo, as a Condition of the Award, the Successful Bidder Shall, by Sworn Affidavit and Provision of Documentation, Affirm Its Enrollment and Participation in a Federal Work Authorization Program With Respect to the Employees Working in Connection to the Contracted Services. Successful Bidder Shall Sign an Affidavit Affirming That It Does Not Knowingly Employ Any Person Who is an Unauthorized Alien in Connection to the Contracted Services. .
