Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bluffdale, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Reconstruct approximately 1,100 feet of an existing dirt road into a new road with asphalt, curb & gutter, sidewalk along with installation of sewer, drinking water, stormwater, street lights and road signage. Project must be completed by May 2,2025 Any bids sent through means other than the U3P website will not be accepted. The City will not accept any bids submitted after the deadline. All BIDDERS are required to have payment and performance bonds underwritten by a Surety Company approved by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. (Circular 570, latest edition). Bluffdale City Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or any part of any proposal, including the right to waive any informalities in any part of any proposal within the best interest of Bluffdale City.
