The bid bond shall be issued by a company licensed to do business in Louisiana. The certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond shall be given as a guarantee that the bidder shall execute the contract, should it be awarded to him, in conformity with the contract documents within ten (10) days. LCG will clear and grub the area for the new fence before construction. Item Removal of Structures & Obstructions (202-01-00100) will be used to pay for the removal any additional items such as the existing gates. Country Estate Fence is allowed as an approved equal for the 4-Rail Vinyl Rail Fencing(705-15-00200) Fence post thickness was not specified in the special provisions Digger Specialties Inc.
