Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Tribbey, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the addition of a 9,244-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility; for the demolition of a 18,028-square-foot educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The project consists of a total building renovation (approx.18,030 s.f.) and an addition (7,770 s.f.) to the Student Union facility located at 1009 Dormitory Road. The new construction shall be post and beam structure, metal roof trusses, and standing seam roofing system. The new storage room and dock roof shall be of bar joists , metal deck and TPO roofing system. The roof overbuild will be accomplished using a retrofit roofing system. Interior walls shall be metal studs with gyp. board. An Addition / Renovation Project for Murray State College Student Union Building located at 1009 Dormitory Road, Tishomingo, OK. Questions concerning the bid documents shall be directed to the office of the Architect, Corner Greer & Assoc., 580.223.1341. A link for the plans and specifications may be obtained from the CM or Architect. Successful subcontractors shall be responsible for purchasing and/or furnishing all plans, specifications and required documents for construction of the project. The "Owner" reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the School District.
