Insulated gypsum board/metal stud partitions. b. Floor finishes of epoxy painted and sealed concrete. c. Wall finishes of paint, ceramic tile and FRP. d. Ceiling finishes of acoustical lay-in tile, gypsum board. e. HM doors and frames, hardware, toilet accessories, miscellaneous specialties. 2. Mechanical Systems: a. Plumbing including, supply and waste piping systems, piping insulation, plumbing fixtures. b. Heating including piping, piping insulation. c. Ventilation to include ductwork, duct insulation, chilled water piping. 3. Electrical Systems: a. Conduit and wiring. b. Interior lighting. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for a Period of Ninety Days After the Submission Without the Consent of the Board of Trustees.
