**As of April 19, 2024, project was awarded to Omann Contracting Companies, Inc., in the amount of $2,384,843.49.** The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 20,560 L F Remove and Replace Curb & Gutter 3,770 S Y Remove and Replace Concrete Walk 33,000 S Y Full Depth Reclamation 33,000 S Y Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix (3,C) 1.5" Thick 33,000 S Y Type SP 12.5 Non Wear Course Mix (3,C) 2" Thick 5,200 L F 6" Perf PVC Pipe Drain 560 S F Truncated Domes 15,650 S Y Sodding Type Lawn 130 L F 4" Solid Line Multicomp Together with erosion control, traffic control, and related appurtenances. The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation Question Deadline 03/25/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
