Reference number : 1818802 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-03-18 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: No COLLECTION, TRANSPORT AND DISPOSAL OF SEWAGE SLUDGE The City of Lac-Mégantic is requesting bids for the collection, transportation and disposal of sewage sludge from its wastewater treatment plant, located at 6594 rue Wolfe, to the Ecocentre, located at 5138 rue Pius-XI. In addition, the sewage sludge may be intended for recovery in fields, quarries or other projects. Consequently, transportation and disposal must be carried out in the locations indicated by the City representative during the contract. The contract will be for a period of five (5) years. It will begin on June 1 , 2024 and end on May 31, 2029. The City of Lac-Mégantic reserves the right to accept neither the lowest nor any of the bids and incurs no liability towards the bidder(s). The City of Lac-Mégantic reserves the right to override any minor irregularity in the submission documents. The City of Lac-Mégantic reserves the right to modify the quantities without recourse to the bidder(s).
