Fertilization and Spraying Services- District Two It is the Intent of This Invitation to Bid to Establish a Monthly Lump Sum Price to Furnish Fertilization and Spraying Services in District Two, for a Contract Period of 12 Months. The bidder shall have at least two (2) years experience spraying road sides on county and/or state highways and at least two (2) years experience as a plant growth regulator in the western states.
