The Work as defined by the General and Supplementary Conditions, the extent of which is covered in the Contract Documents and is described herewith (briefly) and without force of effect upon the Contract Documents. 1. DeMasi Elementary School (DES) – Alteration of toilet room to convert adult ADA accessible toilet room to toilet room suitable for young children. Various upgrades to building systems include: a. Demolition as required to accommodate proposed work. b. Renovations to toilet room to provide access for young students. c. Changes as required to provide a classroom sink at accessible height. d. HVACR , plumbing and electrical work as required to accommodate building renovations as required or indicated on the contract documents. e. Other work as indicated within the contract documents. 2. Jaggard Elementary School (JES) – Alteration of classroom 159 & 161 to add age appropriate toilet room accessibility for each classroom. Various upgrades to building systems include: a. Demolition as required to accommodate proposed work. b. Renovations to existing classroom to create accessible facilities. Changes as required to provide a classroom sink at accessible height. c. HVACR , plumbing and electrical work as required to accommodate building renovations as required or indicated on the contract documents. d. Other work as indicated within the contract documents. 3. Rice Elementary School (RES) – Alteration of classroom 149/150 to add age appropriate toilet room accessibility for the classroom. Various upgrades to building systems include: a. Changes as required to provide a classroom sink at pre-k accessible height. d. Hallway renovations including flooring systems. e.
