** Campbell County is cancelling the IFB under Va. Code 2.2-4319 because no bid received was within the limit of available funds attributed to the project. All bids exceeded the available funds by a sufficient margin that the County believes that negotiation with the lowest bidder under Va. Code 2.2-4318 was not a reasonable prospect for resolving the discrepancy between available funds and the bids received.
