Project No:023302.01 North Gaston High School Improvements The project involves exterior improvements including demo, sitework, concrete, masonry, masonry repointing, brick pavers, steel, railings, specialty railings, bar grating, composite metal panels, specialty aluminum battens, air barriers, SBS roofing, manufactured expansion joints, HM doors, aluminum storefront, poly carbonate panel assemblies, skylights, metal framing, drywall, painting, signage, sun control devices, plumbing and electrical. The project also includes interior renovation of approximately 1,500 square feet of entryway and vestibule including new doors, finishes and HVAC. Project Alternates: Alt. #1 - Asphalt mill and overlay per drawings. Alt. #2 - Asphalt seal coating per drawings. Alt. #3 - Exterior wall modifications (All associated work with new storefront windows at locations shown and aluminum battens) The work is to be constructed under a Single Prime Contract MBE participation is required, and the goal is 10%.
