**As of April 30, 2024, the project was awarded to MCC Inc, Murphy Concrete & Construction in the amount of $231,655.45.** For furnishing the necessary labor, material and equipment to complete the following: Add 2,700 ton of stone across Wege Road prior to pulverizing Pulverize the existing asphalt pavement of approximately 12,265 sy. Fine grade, water and compact the existing base of approximately 12,265 sy. Construct a 4" compacted average depth asphalt pavement on approximately 12,265 sy. Apply tack coat as necessary between lifts for bonding Install and compact a 2' wide crushed aggregate base course shoulder Asphalt width should be 22' wide The Town of Center reserves the right to accept or reject in whole or in part any or all bids, waive any informalities in bidding, cancel this solicitation and to award a contract deemed in the best interest of the Town of Center. A performance bond in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the total bid price, a certificate of insurance, together with an executed contract, will be required of the successful bidder.
