The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as VDOT) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide on-call and as needed specific Underground Stormwater Facility inspection and maintenance services along roadsides in the Fredericksburg District. VDOT reserves the right to add new facilities as they come online PERIOD OF CONTRACT: From June 1, 2024 through May 31, 2025 (renewable) Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Megan Pitts at megan.pitts@VDOT.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 1:00 PM EST on March 4, 2024. ***Online Prebid meeting - The purpose of this conference is to allow potential bidders an opportunity to present questions and obtain clarification relative to any facet of this solicitation. Due to the importance of all bidders having a clear understanding of the specifications/scope of work and requirements of this solicitation, participation at this prebid conference will be a prerequisite for submitting a bid. Bids will only be accepted from those bidders who are represented at this prebid conference. No one will be admitted to join the conference after 11:05 AM EST.
