Renovation of a municipal facility in Avon Park, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Avon Park is seeking bids, from qualified roofing contractors that have been in business at least ten years, to provide all necessary labor and material to remove and dispose of the existing roof and install a new roof of the same kind, and make repairs to the South Wall of the Public Works Building located at 2301 U.S. 27 South, Avon Park, FL 33825. Except as otherwise specifically stated in the contract, the Contractor shall provide and pay for all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and transportation of every nature and all other services and facilities of every nature whatsoever, necessary to execute, complete, and deliver the work within the specified time. Andy Mogle in writing and will be accepted for addenda until Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 4:00 PM in order to provide sufficient time for the City to respond appropriately to addenda. The failure of a Bidder to submit acknowledgment of any addendum that affects the bid price(s) may be considered an irregularity and may be cause for rejection of the bid.
