Contract No. 1 - Alternate No. 1: Work generally consists of approximately 8,500 square yards of bituminous pavement removal and replacement along with sub grade and subbase improvements - these improvements include the additional quantity necessary for full street width bituminous pavement replacement; 500 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter; 2,250 square feet of concrete valley gutter; 1,250 square feet of concrete sidewalk; and 190 square feet of ADA detectable warning panel. Contract No. 1 - Alternate No. 2A: Work generally consist of approximately 1,305 square yards of bituminous pavement removal and replacement along with sub grade and sub base improvements - these improvements are limited to the area of the trench required to replace utilities; 215 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter; 320 square feet of concrete valley gutter; 25 square feet of concrete driveway; 925 square feet of concrete sidewalk; 360 linear feet of open-cut 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer pipe, service connections, sanitary sewer manholes and appurtenances; 350 linear feet of 6-inch PVC water main, water service connections, fittings, hydrants, and appurtenances; 130 square yards of landscaping and seeding; erosion and traffic control; temporary water service; and sewer bypass pumping. Contract No. 1 - Alternate No. 2B: Work generally consists of approximately 575 square yards of bituminous pavement removal and replacement along with sub grade and sub-base improvements - these improvements include the additional quantity necessary for full street width bituminous pavement replacement; 50 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter; 395 square feet of concrete valley gutter; 295 square feet of concrete sidewalk; and 68 square feet of ADA detectable warning panel. Owner anticipates that the Project's total Contract 1 Base Bid and Alternate 1 price will be approximately $3,098,000. The Project has an expected duration of 120 days. All iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States. The term "iron and steel products" means the following products made primarily of iron or steel: lined or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers and other municipal castings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, valves, structural steel, reinforced precast concrete, and Construction Materials. This agreement is for services related to a project that is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ("IIJA"), Pub.
