Normandy Schools Collaborative issues this Request for Proposals (the "RFP") from qualified contractors to provide the Services for a one-year period with two successive options for the Normandy Schools Collaborative, at its sole discretion, to renew for terms of one year each. The contract issued pursuant to this RFP may include a period of up to three (3) years. Scope of Services Pursuant to this RFP, the Services shall include, and the successful consultant shall provide, all labor, personnel, tools, filters, and other supplies to provide and perform complete preventative maintenance so that the existing equipment operates in a safe and reliable condition. This includes, but is not limited to (1) performance of regular preventative maintenance, which is to be based on the attached Equipment Tasking Schedule (Exhibit A); (2) properly clean, provide, and install new air filters, as needed; (3) provide at additional cost technicians trained in repair and maintenance of relevant equipment; (4) advisement of when a replacement should be considered because a repair may not be cost-effective. Minimally, the successful/qualified Contractor shall be required to perform the Services for the classes of equipment and systems identified in the attached Equipment Tasking Schedule (Exhibit A). The successful consultant shall provide the Services in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local safety codes and standards, including all permitting requirements. PLEASE NOTE: The successful consultant must be capable of maintaining the type of equipment installed throughout the District. This shall include licensed, trained maintenance technicians and on-call technicians (for emergency service).
