Site work and outdoor lighting for a transportation facility in Turner, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility.
**As of May 9, 2024, the project was awarded to Pavlik Electric in the amount of $304,640.** This work is to include all tools, equipment, materials and labor to complete this project. Bid Bond. All bids must be accompanied by lawful monies of the United States or a Cashier's Check, a Certified Check, Bid Bond, Bank Money Order or Bank Draft, drawn and issued by a National Banking Association located in the State of Montana, or by any Banking Corporation incorporated under the Laws of the State of Montana, in an amount equal to not less than ten (10) percent of the total bid, payable to the order of the Blaine County Airport Commission as liquidated damages in the event said successful bidder shall fail or refuse to execute the contract in accordance with the terms of his bid. Performance and Payment Bond. After a contract is awarded, the successful bidder will be required to furnish a separate Performance and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities. The Bidder must supply all the information required by the bid documents and specifications. Contractors at every tier must comply with applicable federal requirements including but not limited to: the Buy American Preference, Civil Rights - General, Davis Bacon Requirements, Governmentwide Debarment and Suspension, Lobbying of Federal Employees, and Procurement of Recovered Materials as contained in the bid documents. The Contractor will be required to comply with the wage and labor requirements and to pay minimum wages in accordance with the schedule of wage rates established by the United States Department of Labor as referenced in the Contract. The Contractor's compliance with the Executive Order and the regulations in 41 CFR Part 60-4 shall be based on its implementation of the Equal Opportunity Clause, specific affirmative action obligations required by the specifications set forth in 41 CFR 60-4.3(a) and its efforts to meet the goals. This item shall consist of removal of existing airport wind cones; furnishing and installing an airport wind cone per these specifications and per the dimensions, design, and details shown in the plans. The work shall include the furnishing and installation of a support for mounting the wind cone, the specified interconnecting wire, and a concrete foundation. The item shall also include all cable connections, conduit and conduit fittings, the furnishing and installation of all lamps, ground rod and ground connection, the testing of the installation, and all incidentals necessary to place the wind cone in operation (as a completed unit) to the satisfaction of the RPR.
