Procurement No. 2024-21, Eau Claire PFAS Treatment Facility Each bid shall be accompanied by documentation showing the qualifications outlined in section 13226.1.07. Each bid shall also be accompanied by documentation of the efforts used to comply with the Wisconsin DNR Safe Drinking Water Loan Program Fund Requirements included in the Supplementary Conditions. Contractors will be expected to demonstrate the Six Good Faith Efforts to identify and solicit Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms for the procurement of project construction, equipment, services, and supplies. OWNER reserves its rights to waive any informality or deficiency in any Bid, to accept any Bid, to negotiate modifications of any Bid with any Bidder and accept any modified Bid, to reject any Bid, to reject all Bids, and to rebid the Project, all at the OWNER's sole discretion. 5% bid security is required.
