1st and Gee St. Sanitary Sewer Project The City Reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and may accept that which is most advantageous to the City of Mt. Vernon. The successful bidder shall be an equal opportunity employer. Envelopes containing bid shall be plainly marked on the outside specifying project "1st and Gee St. SANITARY SEWER PROJECT". The project generally consists of installing 830 feet of 24" sanitary sewer main & 40 feet of 8" sanitary sewer, including four(4) man holes.
