The City of Riverside ("City") is seeking an experienced, responsible, capable and professional architectural/engineering/construction firm ("Consultant") with proven experience completing "turn-key" construction projects which include producing comprehensive construction plans with all necessary and required engineering, and specifications to meet City permitting requirements as well as providing complete construction services. This project will challenge your firm to design and develop plans and to construct an automated entrance and exit gate system at the occupied City Corporation Yard located at 8095 Lincoln Ave., Riverside CA 92504. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform these services.
