Vincennes University is requesting proposals for the following: LG Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Preventative Maintenance at the following locations: BASE BID 1: Vincennes Campus M.W. Welsh Administration Building 16 W. Indianapolis Avenue Vincennes, IN 47591 BASE BID 2: Jasper Campus Administration Classroom Building 850 College Avenue Jasper, IN 47546 Your proposal shall include all of the Preventative Maintenance Guidelines presented in this RFP. All VRF Preventative Maintenance shall be completed by LG Certified Technicians. In order to be fully LG Certified Technicians must carry an active certificate for the following LG training classes: o MLV-01 Installation Essentials. o MLV-02 Multi V Commissioning. o MLV-03 Multi V Advanced Service & Troubleshooting. o MLV-08 Multi V Operations & Maintenance. o CON-01 LG Controls. LG Certification Documents for the above training classes shall be submitted along with the bidder's proposal. Please use the included Bid Form, along with a completed MBE-WBE-VBE Participation Report, when submitting your Proposal. Also include separate detailed descriptions of the scope and limitations of the preventative maintenance at each location on your company's letterhead. Your base bid price shall include preventative maintenance for 1 calendar year (July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025).
