Field Service Center (FSC) Petroleum Storage Tanks Replacement Small Business Goal is 25%. The Work identified in Paragraph 1.02 of this section is provided as a general outline for the Work and may or may not be inclusive of all work necessary to complete the project. D. The Scope of Work to be completed is indicated on the Drawings and by the requirements of each section of the Contract Forms, Conditions of the Contract, and Specifications. A. Underground storage tank replacement. 3. Above ground storage tank replacement. 4. Automatic shutoff system replacement 5. Emergency shutoff system replacement. 6. Leak detection system replacement. 7. Automatic shutoff system for overfill in case of fire replacement. 8. Pipe replacement. 9. Automatic tank gauging system replacement. 10. Fuel cleaning systems installation. 11. Piping and piping trenches. 12. Loading and unloading spill containment devices. 13. Service lane dispenser replacement. 14. Installation of security fence. 15. Storm drainage facilities. 16. Other associated electrical systems. 17. Structural concrete pads. Owner Rights: METRO expects the Contractor to have qualified trained and experienced document control staffing to perform the tasks. The Contractor shall inform METRO of the document control personnel assigned to the Project and METRO in its sole discretion shall have the right to reject any personnel whom the Contractor assigns to the Project. In advance of assigning any person to perform services, the Contractor shall inquire diligently into and screen for qualifications of each person whom Contractor assigns to perform services and Contractor shall not assign any person that poses a reasonable risk to the safety or property of METRO or its employees, and business partners.
