TIMELINE: Request for Proposals is underway from qualified and experienced consultants to conduct a condition assessment of approx. 200,000 ft2 plus per year of civic buildings. The condition assessment methodology must adhere to the City's asset management software, BUILDER Sustainment Management System, and results must be entered into that system by the Consultant. The Consultant's team of condition assessors and the Project Lead must be professionally qualified, such as Professional Engineers, Engineers in Training, or Applied Science Technologists in mechanical, structural, and electrical disciplines.
