Muskegon County Board of Public Works intends to construction wastewater infrastructure to support the area.This solicitation represents one section of the total project. In the interest of transparency, only written questions will be accepted. Answers to questions will be posted on website. A certified check, cashier check, money order, or bid bond by corporate surety licensed to underwrite bids in the State of Michigan, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, payable to the County of Muskegon, will be required with each bid. The successful Respondent will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract. The Board of Public Works reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, reserves all rights granted to it by law, reserves the right to waive formalities and to take such action, as it deems necessary in the best interest of the County of Muskegon.
