Demolition and site work for a residential development in Travelers Rest, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Demolition - 80 N Lynwood Dr. The County of Greenville is requesting quotes for the demolition and removal of all structures and debris at 80 N Lynnwood Drive, Travelers Rest. This project involves forced demolition of an unfit residential structure. Trash, debris, and uncontrolled growth must be cleared. The lot will need to be graded for drainage and seeded to prevent erosion. Active utilities will need to be disconnected. Asbestos was not detected on the property Question Submission Deadline March 15, 2024, 5:00pm Demolition (raze/ tear down) of all structure(s), to include removal of the structure(s), removal of all debris, weeds, rank vegetation, driveways, slabs, foundation walls, impervious surfaces, and fences. Sever and seal electrical, gas, water, sewer, and telephone utility mains per the Utility Companies Directives, also to fill open wells, removal/crushing/fill-in of septic tanks, underground fuel tanks, etc. on property(ies) to South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control standards. Demolition of the structure shall be in accordance with all applicable regulations for the properties located at: 80 N Lynnwood Drive, Travelers Rest, SC 29690 Tax Map Number 0506.02-01-014.00 and 0506.02-01- 013.00. Asbestos was not detected on the property. Therefore, project design and air monitoring will not be required for asbestos abatement. Please see asbestos report in Attachments.
