Provide lawn and grounds maintenance including on call snow and ice removal services at MPT's Owings Mills. Maryland facility. The term of the Contract resulting from this IFB shall be for a period of 24-months beginning on April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2026 or ( 2 years from Notice to proceed). Maryland Public Television (MPT) is soliciting offers to provide Lawn and Grounds maintenance services for MPT. The Contractor awarded a contract shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to provide complete grounds keeping services. Methods will be according to the University of Maryland Baywise Yardstick at online. The Contractor awarded this Contract may have access to confidential State information under the performance of the duties required under the Contract that results from this RFQ. The Contractor acknowledges that it may not divulge in any manner confidential information about the State while working under the Contract that results from this RFQ. Question Deadline 03/21/2024 at 2:00 PM ET. A summary of the Pre-Bid Conference and all questions and answers known at that time will be uploaded to eMaryland Marketplace Advantage. MPT reserves the right to purchase replacement materials in the open market. Contractors failing to promptly replace materials lawfully rejected shall be liable for any excess price paid for the replacement, plus applicable expenses, if any.
