Renovation of a municipal facility in Homewood, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,924-square-foot municipal facility.
FY24 Flooring Replacement Project. Each bid must be returned as a ncomplete package, on the supplied forms with all required details completed. Only complete bid packets will be considered. No bids shall be withdrawn after the scheduled opening without the consent of the Village Board of Trustees. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. Unless the bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and qualified bidder. All questions regarding this Legal Notice and the actual bid specifications shall be forwarded in writing via email to Dan Milovanovic, Assistant Public Works Director, Flossmoor Department of Public Works at dmilovanovic@flossmoor.org no less than two (2) business days prior to the scheduled bid opening date.
