The Town of Williston is interested in a Quote to sweep approximately 23 miles of curbed town roads. Attachment A includes a list of the road names and a map depicting the curbed portions of the roads listed. Please note, not all portions of the roads listed are curbed, and only the curbed sections need to be swept. Street sweeping may begin after May 1, 2024 and shall be completed no later than May 31, 2024. If weather or road conditions do not permit sweeping during this time a request for an extension shall be made in writing and submitted to the Storm water Coordinator, Lisa Cicchetti, as soon as it is known that conditions will prohibit the completion of the task on time. Any quote received after the time and date specified, shall not be considered. No quotes may be withdrawn within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Town of Williston reserves the right to reject all quotes received or to accept the quote deemed in the best interest of the Town regardless of price. Further, the Town reserves the right to add or delete items based upon the Town's financial position. Answers to all questions will be provided by close of business April 18th.
