Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to solicit services from qualified contractors to provide boiler repair services at the Division of Rehabilitation Services' (DORS) Workforce and Technology Center (WTC) located 2301 Argonne Drive Baltimore, MD 21218. A single contract will be awarded to the offeror that best meets the needs of the evaluation criteria. The anticipated term of the contract resulting from this solicitation is approximately four (4) months. The work under this contract will be performed at the Workforce and Technology Center 2301 Argonne Drive Baltimore, MD 21218. Questions shall be submitted by March 20, 2024, by 10 A.M. (Local Time) All questions should be addressed in writing to the Procurement Officer. Note: All responses to questions submitted, if any, shall only be posted online
