As of June 25, 2025, the UCLA Research Park Master Plan Study (Project No. 948547) is in the schematic design phase. An Executive Architect has been selected to lead the development of an adaptive reuse master plan for the former Westside Pavilion site, now known as UCLA Research Park. The scope includes planning for multi-tenant biomedical and scientific research facilities, with initial focus on UCLA Research Park East. The architect is also tasked with preparing test fit options, preliminary space programs for key research institutes, and design standards for future tenant improvements.
