The shade structure covers approximately 1,200 sqft to 1,600 sqft. Scope includes, but is not limited to: • Installation of two (2) total DSA PC-approved 30’x40’ fabric shade structures at the Avalon K-12 site. • Fabric Shade structures will be installed mostly in hardscaped areas. • Asphalt and/or concrete removal may be required for footings and post-installation. • ADA upgrades for accessibility as required by DSA. • Remove and replace existing playground surface matting
