The date of availability for this contract is January 6, 2025. The completion date for this project is June 30, 2025 All prospective bidders shall be prequalified as a Bidder or PO Prime Contractor with the Department of Transportation prior to submitting a bid, in conformance with Article 102-2 of the 2024 NCDOT Standard Specifications. Contractors who are not prequalified may obtain information and forms for prequalifying from the Contractual Services Management Section of the Contract Standards and Development Unit at All required prequalification statements and documents shall be filed with the Contractual Services Management Section at least four weeks prior to the date of opening bids. A Bid Bond (5%) is required in accordance with Article 102-10 of the 2024 NCDOT Standard Specifications.
