Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in West Fargo, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project consists of full depth patch repairs of existing concrete pavement citywide. Project consists of construction of sidewalks in existing gaps. Each bidder must possess a valid North Dakota contractor's license for the full amount of their bid, as required by N.D.C.C. 43-07-7. Each bidder MUST enclose a copy of their Contractor's License or Certificate of Renewal, issued by the North Dakota Secretary of State, and each license must be valid and dated at least 10 days prior to the date set for bid opening, as required under N.D.C.C. 43-07-12. The City of West Fargo will not read or consider any bid that does not fully comply with the requirements above, or the requirements of N.D.C.C. 48-01.2-05 Est. Completion Date: Sept. 27, 2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing no later than 03/14/2024
