The Peoria Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma, in accordance with the policies of the Peoria Tribe, is soliciting responses from qualified construction companies for a construction contract to construct an RV Park at the Buffalo Run Hotel (Peoria Tribe RV Park Project). The purpose of this contract is to provide construction of the Peoria Tribe RV Park Project for the Peoria Tribe. One firm will be selected based upon competitive bidding. All questions will be due on Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024, and a response issued to all interested bidders by Tuesday, April 9th, 2024. Written responses shall be no more than 10 pages and should include: 1. Resumes for Key Personnel. 15 pts 2. Similar project experience for the Tribe s projected development projects. 20 pts 3. Native American Owned Business Status. 10 pts 4. References. 10 pts 5. Proposed Not to Exceed Bid Cost. 45 pts Project Description: The Peoria Tribe RV Park is located approximately 0.25-miles north of the Buffalo Run Hotel (address above) off State Highway 69A. The RV Park consists of (1) grading, (2) paving, (3) storm sewer drainage, (4) landscaping, (5) sanitary sewer, and (6) water improvements.
