The City of Urbandale announces the availability of plans and specifications for the following public improvement project Estimate: $115,000.00 The City of Urbandale reserves the right to reject any and all bids. UNIT BID PRICE CONTRACTS: The Bidder must provide the Unit Bid Price, the Total Bid Price, any Alternate Prices and the Total Construction Costs on the Proposal Attachment: Part C - Bid Items, Quantities, and Prices. In case of discrepancy, the Unit Bid Price governs. The quantities shown on the Proposal Attachment: Part C - Bid Items, Quantities and Prices are approximate only, but are considered sufficiently adequate for the purpose of comparing bids. The Total Construction Cost plus any alternates selected by the Jurisdiction, shall be used only for comparison of bids.
