Construction of a Berm in the Platte River. Restrict flow from a middle channel of the Platte River into a northern channel by constructing a berm across an existing flow split. The berm will be constructed with material excavated from the riverbed and stabilized with trees and branches from a nearby site. The work under this specification includes providing all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for clearing, grubbing and disposing of all vegetation and debris (including earthen materials incidentally removed with vegetation and debris), and removing structures and obstructions located within the limits shown on the Drawings or designated by the Project Engineer, except such objects as are designated to remain in place or are to be removed in accordance with sections of these specifications. The works shall also include the preservation from injury or defacement of all vegetation and objects designated to remain site access drive south from E 1 st St S.
