The subcontractor shall timely perform all Earthwork and Site Utility work, as detailed below, in accordance with the contract documents (including Bidding Requirements, Proposal Section, Contract Forms, General Conditions, Supplemental Conditions, General Requirements, Addenda, etc.), including, but not limited to, the following Specification Sections and Work Scope Items. Unless otherwise noted, this contractor is responsible for all items specified in the following specifications sections: Reference Work Category Index New 16,340 SF classroom addition on the west side of Pattengill Elementary. Scope includes earthwork, rerouting existing storm sewer, stormwater management improvements, and new water & sewer connections. All questions must be in writing and should be directed to Jon Laing, Chief Financial Officer at Proiects@lansinqschools.net, no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, March 22, 2024. All bids must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Affidavit, disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Lansing School District Board of Education or the Superintendent. A bid security bond of 5% is required to be submitted with each bid. A Performance and Payment bond will be required upon award of the contract to the successful bidder. The Lansing School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and to accept the bid or portion of the bid that, in their opinion, best serves the interests of the Lansing School District.
