Other items or details not mentioned above, that are required by the plans, Standard Plans, Standard Specifications, or these Special Provisions must be performed, constructed or installed. No Bid may be withdrawn after the time established for receiving bids or before the award and execution of the Contract, unless the award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) calendar days. This project will be bid as Base Bid in accordance with the Proposal, Special Provisions, and Agreement. All bids will be compared on the basis of the Proposal Pay Items and Bid Price Schedule of the quantities of Base Bid. The All-Bidder's Letter and Notice of Award will state which Schedules of Work will be awarded. B. Construction of pedestrian crossing improvement at two locations and installation of recessed edge-lines along various segments of roadway. Work to include installation of ADA, ramps, rapid flashing beacons, and striping. Other items or details not mentioned above, that are required by the plans, Standard Plans, Standard Specifications, or these Special Provisions must be performed, constructed or installed. C. Bids are required for the entire Work described herein. D. The Contract time is FOURTY (40) WORKING DAYS. E. For bonding purposes the anticipated Project cost is less than $350,000. G. This Project is being formally bid in accordance with Public Contract Code 22032 and County of El Dorado Ordinance Code section 3.14.040
