The Hospital Service District No. 1A Building Project is located at 105 and 107 Pittsburg St., Delhi, Louisiana 71232 and includes the construction of 2 buildings with 2 units each @ approximately 1,196 square feet per unit; totaling 4,784 square feet of residential construction. This work includes but not limited to: connection and installation of primary utilities, any required clearing and grubbing, vertical construction of planned units, driveway and parking, minimal grading, grade stabilization, and drainage. All bids shall be accompanied by bid security in an amount of five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates. The form of this security shall be as stated in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bid Documents for this project. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond written as described in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bid Documents for this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. The OWNER must receive said written questions at least five (5) business days prior to the date fixed for the opening of BIDS.
