Office opening hours: 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. - 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The offices are closed between noon and 1 p.m. Furthermore, the School Board assumes no responsibility towards bidders who did not show up for the site visit regarding the information that may have been given during the site visit. Information request : Bidders who wish to receive information or details regarding the call for tenders must do so in writing less than three (3) working days before the deadline set for receipt of bids . Bidders who wish to submit requests for equivalences or substitutions must do so during the call for tenders period and in writing at least two hundred and forty (240) hours before the deadline date and time set for receipt. submissions .
