Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project CONTRACT NUMBER Y-23-006-201 The scope of work shall consist of but not limited to the following: Installation of 14 helical anchors Replacement of PVC piping from two downspouts to the drain line Installation of 6"-dia. steel pipe bollard in sidewalk Tuckpointing and repair of cracked brick and CMU masonry Repair / replace double door center post and hardware Replace gym flooring along seamlines at double door Possible installation of (2) steel plates with thru-bolts, if needed (Alternate 1) Document Notes: Prior to mailing the check you can scan and email a copy to bidinfo@chattanooga.gov. Once the email has been received with a copy of the check the requested bid documents will be emailed.
