Demolition, site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Oak Leaf, Texas. Working plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of June 12, 2024, project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid. The Work is composed of new room finishes and millwork finishes in approximately half of the building, as well as modifications to install bullet-resistant features between the existing reception area/public lobby and clerk's office, including minor demolition and electrical work. Alternative Bid includes replacing existing fluorescent light fixtures with LED light fixtures and replacing related switches as required by energy code. Drawings include demo floor plan, new floor plan, flooring plan, ceiling plan, demo electrical plan, new lighting plan & new power plan plus miscellaneous electrical schedules, notes and details. Questions will only be able to be asked until 5/1/2024 2:00:00 PM CST All other questions concerning this Advertisement for Bid and Specifications should be directed to the City of Oak Leaf City Secretary at 972-617-2660. The Work is described in general as interior modifications to the existing one story building. The Work will include new room finishes, installation of bullet resistant features in the Lobby/Clerk's area, and minor electrical work. All work will be performed on the site of the City Hall, located at 301 Locust Drive in Oak Leaf, Texas. The project will be awarded under one General Contract.
